Shipping Information
The goods from Papieramichi are dispatched from Wiesbaden (Germany). The VAT rate of 19% is included in the price of the product, unless otherwise specified. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

There is no minimum order value. 

Delivery is only possible against payment in advance.

Testing sheets (up to two sheets) are folded into an Din Lang (220x110mm) envelop or rolled flat between 2 sheets of cardboard or rolled onto a roll core and packed in a quarto box and sent with a parcel service.

Shipping cost - Samples
The shipping costs for sample sheets in envelope (DIN Lang) within EU are calculated as follow: 
Germany: EUR2 (with stamp tracking)
Rest of EU: EUR5 (without tracking) /EUR8 (with tracking)

Shipping of samples is serviced by Deutsche Post.

Shipping cost
The shipping costs for packages within Europe are calculated as a flat rate according to delivery zones.
Germany: EUR6.00
Rest of EU: EUR15.00

NOTE ON STANDARD TIMES:
The ordered goods are usually packed on the same or the following working day and sent by Deutsche Post or DHL. Deutsche Post of DHL specifies standard delivery times of 2 to 10 working days.
